The increasing work load among worker has made decision to undertake vacation activities becomes more important as there is more need for balancing the physical and mental health. Tourism becomes an essential reason for balancing mental and physical health. Referring to the theory of the Reasonable Person Model (RPM), this study analyses the impact of destination fascination on destination loyalty, mediated by destination attachment. This research uses a quantitative approach, by distributing questionnaires through google forms. Purposive sampling methods were chosen because this research focus on respondents who already have travel experiences thus, they can value their benefit for their better health. Using a valid number of 222 visitors who have travelled to the following six locations: Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, Mendut Temple, Punthuk Setumbu, Paralayang Hill, and Mangunan Forest, the data was then processed using SEM based-PLS. The results analysis showed that the destination fascination had a positive and significant influence on both destination attachment and destination loyalty. There are still limited number of research in the field of tourism that observed destination fascination according to visitors’ perception. The implication of this study is expected to lead marketing managers in particular to pay more attention to the details of the destinations fascination which include: fitness, friendliness, uniqueness, attractiveness, mystique, and richness. They should put more effort on providing the six elements of the destination fascination to the planning and implementation strategy, so that visitors will be more attached and more loyal.
